Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked at the crossroads of science, health, and performance. From NIH labs to coaching elite amateur athletes, my career has been driven by one thing: helping people thrive. By blending cutting-edge physiology, neuroscience, and wearable tech data with proven coaching practices, I create tailored, actionable plans that empower you to succeed—on your terms.

But I’m more than just a physiologist and coach - I’m a dad who chases mountain bike trails with the same joy my toddler son, Bennett, finds in puddles.

I’m a former college soccer player who never outgrew a love for competition. I’m a Denverite who treasures beer, books, and adventures under Colorado’s open skies.

My Story
From the soccer fields of my youth to the winding mountain bike trails of Colorado, my journey has always been about movement - both in the physical sense and in the pursuit of growth.

I’ve spent over 20 years blending my passions for science, health, and performance into a career that transforms lives. It started in the lab, where I dove deep into the science of human physiology at UC Davis and beyond. I learned how the body works, adapts, and excels - but I knew the real magic happened outside of controlled environments.

As a performance fitness coach, I bring that science to life, helping high-performing individuals like you bridge the gap between what’s possible and what’s achievable. I specialize in leveraging data- fitness testing, wearables, and assessments—to uncover what makes you unique and how you can optimize your time, energy, and results.
However, life isn’t just about numbers and protocols. It’s about finding balance and joy in the everyday. For me, that means exploring the outdoors, sharing moments with my two-year-old son, Bennett, and enjoying time with friends and family. It’s about savoring a great beer, racing to the finish line, and helping others live fully, with purpose and passion.
